2011 Demonstrations

This years demonstration theatre line-up:

Cresson Creative, 10.30am - 11.30am

Alresford-based Cresson Creative will be preparing dishes using Hampshire’s renowned Watercress. Cresson Creative is a unique catering company providing fresh, handcrafted, seasonal food using the watercress of Alresford, the UK’s watercress capital.

The Olive Trail, 11.30am - 12.30pm

BALSAMIC VINEGARS DID YOU KNOW? An intriguing and fascinating insight to a real balsamic with an opportunity to sample some amazing balsamic vinegars from traditional vintages to delicious and cheeky fruity ones! Now you can taste the difference with Michael (as seen on Dragons’ Den) & Sharran North.

Chocolate Craft, 1.30pm - 2pm

Chocolate Craft produce unique handcrafted chocolates made with fresh Hampshire cream. They will be demonstrating the art of making handmade chocolates and will be offering tastings of different chocolates.

Clos Du Marquis, 2pm - 3pm

Paris born Germain Marquis who from a tender age watched his maternal grand-mother cooking, learned to appreciate and respect the authenticity of the products and shares with enthusiasm his philosophy:
Fresh products, tradition and a pinch of novelty are at the heart of our cuisine. No extravagant presentation but rather a concentration on flavours and quality.
