Chris and Caroline Hanson
Chris and Caroline are probably best known for their appearance on BBC 2 series “The Restaurant” with renowned French chef Raymond Blanc. In the program they ran Ray White’s restaurant for just over a month (appearing in 8 episodes) serving modern British cuisine along side the various other challenges that they had to face on the show.
Since appearing on the show, Chris and Caroline have done demonstrations at events such as Surrey county show, Fleet Carnival and Sharrow festival in Sheffield. They have also set up a small business in the spare time providing dinner parties in people’s homes and also offering 1 to 1 cookery lessons.
Chris and Caroline live in Sheffield where Chris works for a community organisation, teaching people how to cook and organising a wide range of food based initiatives to promote eating a balanced, healthy diet. Caroline works with school and college leavers, supporting them into work and apprenticeships.
