We're busy putting together a great line-up of Exhibitors for this year's show. So far we have:
Bread Tree - at the Bread Tree they believe that a good bread spread should be healthy as well. The products are prepared with genuine ingredients, extra virgin olive oil, and there is no sugar or starch added to it. Bread Tree are the UK specialist in Bruschetta Spreads.

Chocolate Craft - Chocolate Craft are an award-winning artisan company producing distinctive and stylish handmade chocolates with fresh Hampshire cream and natural ingredients in the heart of Hampshire
The Creative Catering Company - Based in Easton, Winchester, Kaye, David and the team have built up a successful company on a reputation for providing delicious food, served by friendly, professional staff, with an eye for detail and a commitment to offer value for money. Every event is unique, a romantic wedding in a beautiful marquee, a NNQ in the English sunshine, a chic cocktail party sipping martinis or a slick corporate event. However, what they do have in common is the mouth-watering food, stunning presentation and wonderful service that will be provided at each event by Creative Catering. They are a member of Hampshire Fare and use locally sourced produce. They provide the catering for the Grange Park Opera and the British Comedy Awards and are one of Winchester Guildhall's official catering suppliers.
Cresson Creative - a unique catering company based in the pretty Georgian market town of Alresford, the UK's watercress capital. Established by local chef and caterer Jennifer Laing, their aim is to provide you with fresh, handcrafted, seasonal food that is always creative.
Cupcake Dolly - delectable, home baked cupcakes, tailor-made, lovingly decorated and perfectly packaged for gifts and celebrations.
Elegant Cuisine Ltd - Providing excellent catering services to clients within the Home Counties including Winchester Guildhall. They cater for a variety of events in many historic buildings, including the Oxford Colleges, Temple Island in Henley on Thames and many National Trust properties. Whenever you need a caterer their friendly team will listen and come up with creative, workable solutions within almost any environment from a basic warehouse to a sumptuous marquee.
El Sabio Tapas Bar and Restaurant - authentic Spanish Tapas and other dishes along with great wines served at El Sabio on Eastgate Street, Winchester.
Farmer Gosden's Dairy - Farmer Gosden's ice cream is made on a dairy farm in the Hampshire countryside, using the milk and cream from a herd of Jersey cows. "Just Jersey" is their signature product and is a traditional unflavoured dairy ice cream, but they also produce a wide range of delicious flavours from the traditional vanilla, strawberry or chocolate to the exotic mango, pistachio or pink grapefruit
Field Fare LEADER Programme - LEADER is grant funding for rural businesses and communities. The Fieldfare group has £2.25million to spend before December 2013.
Ginger Two for Tea - A local teashop within Winchester, Ginger Two for Tea will be exhibiting their range of Teapigs.
Hampshire Fare - If you want to find out more about local food and drink, including the latest news, events and where to source Hampshire produce, then www.hampshirefare.co.uk is a good information resource. Hampshire Fare is the county food group, and organises July's Hampshire Food Festival (1-31). It promotes and works with Hampshire food, drink and craft producers and businesses that use local produce, and is backed by Hampshire County Council. By buying local and supporting local producers in your area, you are helping to sustain Hampshire’s rural economy.
Hampshire Vegetable Garden - Hampshire Vegetable Gardens can help make your garden a great source of nutritious homegrown food. They design and build bespoke raised beds, deep beds and terracing from selected locally sourced sustainable timber.
Handora's - Perfect as a gift or a treat for your own kitchen, Handoras Spice Boxes bring together all of the essential spices you need to create delicious Indian dishes with easy to follow recipes all in a beautiful keepsake box.
Lainston House - a beautiful country house hotel set in 63 acres of Hampshire parkland, offering a 4 red star service and exquisite 3 AA rosette dining. Offering guests a memorable experience whether they are attending afternoon tea or a large wedding, a family friendly establishment catering for all ages. The conferencing suites offer a focused working environment with a team to look after your every need.
Laverstock Park - Taste a little bit of Jody Scheckter's biodynamic and organic farm -Laverstoke Park Farm. Try ice creams that are second to none and 100% natural, made with the milk from the farm's Buffalo and the cream of Laverstoke's jersey cows, British buffalo mozzarella and milk, Laverstoke's organic lagers and ales, made from the farm's hops and
traditional biltong.
Little Chef Popham - The first Little Chef opened in Reading in 1958, the same year Britain got its very first motorway. From 11 seats, Little Chef has grown to become one of the UK's most familiar roadside restaurants.
Marwell Hotel - A unique colonial style hotel set in Hampshire woodland and next to the renound Marwell Zoo. Marwell Hotel is perfect for weddings, meetings and any sort of gathering. Eat well, Sleep well, Marwell.
Mr Pickles - Mr Pickles is a small company based in Andover Hampshire owned by Michael & Sam, specialising in Chilli based Sauces and Pickles. Made using local ingredients and suppliers where possible, their products contain no artificial colours or preservatives, and are gluten, and vegan friendly.
New Forest Biscotti - New Forest Biscotti, the South's original biscotti company, satisfying your dunking needs since 2007! Gorgeous hand made double baked Italian style biscuits, made with enthusiasm and love in the New Forest, designed for dunking into your desired beverage.
Nut Knowle Farm - Nut Knowle Farm was established in 1979, and produces a comprehensive range of Vegetarian, Pasteurised Goats Milk Cheeses to suit all palates. The cheeses are lovingly made by hand in their own dairy.
Olives and Things - offer olives in homemade fresh marinades and dried nuts.
Oven Door Bakery - For 30 years The Oven Door Bakery has been baking high quality bread and cakes using traditional artisan methods and skilled bakers
The Olive Trail - Michael North, (as seen on Dragons' Den) epicure, extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar purveyor. Founded the UK's only "The Seasonal Fresh Olive Oil Club", that follow the world harvests and carefully select the best seasonal fresh olive oils that each harvest has to offer.
RhimJim - Contemporary Indian Cuisine, their Chefs choose the finest natural ingredients and use traditional cooking techniques to bring out unique, dazzling flavours
Siva's Savouries - Siva produces fresh curry pasties and Asian snowballs
The Southern Co-operative - The Southern Co-operative- a regional Co-operative society based in Southern England. Meet their team and sample delicious locally produced food- available from the Local Flavours range at selected Co-opertaive Food stores in Hampshire.
Splat Cooking - The Splat team are passionate about encouraging everyone, both children and grown-ups, to experiment with food; tasting, touching, smelling, having fun and maybe making a little mess as well
Tylney Hall - A delightful country house hotel set in 66 acres of historic gardens and parkland in the depths of Hampshire
Tontini Foods - is a long established, family run Italian company that's bringing the authentic taste of Italy to the UK. They've established relationships with some of Italy's finest manufacturers of authentic local food products and want to make these top quality items available in the UK so that everyone can experience the true taste of Italy.
Vanilla Catering & Events - operate from premises in Swanwick Marina on the River Hamble. They have an operational area that covers South Hants, west to the Dorset boarder, East into West Sussex, and south to Cowes on the Isle of Wight. The core business areas are weddings and corporate parties. They cater at numerous venues around the area including Winchester Guildhall, The tithe Barn, Farbridge Barn. Explosion Museum, Winslow House, Rookesby Park school, and Exbury Gardens to name just a few. Vanilla’s key ethics are attention to customer service and the use of top quality local ingredients. These result in bright, modern, food styles, utilizing the freshest of local ingredients, and presented with attention to detail in an unfussy yet friendly manner. They are a member of Hampshire Fare and they also sell home made pies at the Westlands Farm Shop in Wickham.
Vie at Home - Specialising in a variety of products, Vie at Home will be exhibiting and selling an array of home ware items
Winchester Guildhall - The perfect versatile venue for whole host of events including conferences, weddings and celebrations. Visit the Courtyard Cafe and enjoy tempting light meals and snacks throughout the day.
